Canada’s largest active sand surface is the Athabasca Sand Dunes Provincial Park in Saskatchewan. Some of the dunes reach up to 30 m in height.

How long does it take you to row the following pattern?*
Row 400 m – Rest – Row 950 m – Rest – Row 1500 m

Submit your score by 12:00pm PT on Friday March 12**

All participants will be entered in a draw to win a set of two RCA Active Masks and individuals logging the top scores will be recognized on an online leaderboard.

*Rest times should not be included in your total time. Rest for as long as you need. Submit your cumulative time (e.g. Jane rows 400 m in 1 minute 36 seconds, rests for 1 minute, rows 950 m in 3 minutes 57 seconds, rests for 2 minutes, and then rows 1500 m in 6 minutes 30 seconds. She submits her time of 12 minutes 5 seconds [1 minute 36 seconds + 3 minutes 57 seconds + 6 minutes 30 seconds]).
