In January 2026, the RCA Membership will vote on several recommendations related to Dues and Fees, RCA By-Laws and RCA Rules of Racing. Join us this fall and early 2026 to learn more about these topics and to provide your input.
All sessions will be recorded and made available shortly after for those unable to attend. Early registration is required, and details on how to attend the webinars will be circulated in advance of the sessions.

Learn about the draft recommendations on RCA Dues and Fees by the RCA Dues and Fees Committee. Feedback collected during this session will be considered in the development of the final recommendation that will be voted on during the RCA Semi-Annual Meeting on January 25, 2026.
