What I love about rowing

I start my day with rowing practice, meaning my first task of each day is pretty hard. In doing this, not only do I improve as an athlete, but the completion of this hard task inspires me to put that same amount of effort to every other aspect of my day. If I've already done it, what would it hurt to do it again? What I love most about rowing is how it's taught me to better myself in more ways than just athletically.

I like to read, knit and draw. I also love to cook/bake.
