Rules of Racing Working Group Community Feedback Summary

Rules of Racing Working Group Community Feedback Summary

Under the direction of RCA’s Board of Directors, the Rules of Racing Working Group (RWG) has received a range of submissions regarding possible changes to the current RCA Rules of Racing. Between February and May of 2021, the RWG will review the consultation submissions and conduct a review of the Rules of Racing, in particular any World Rowing rule changes that may be considered for inclusion within the Canadian rules.

In June 2021, the RWG will release a draft of all proposals for comment from stakeholders. In August, the comments will be reviewed again, and final recommendations will be developed for delivery to the RCA Board in October/November. In January 2022, recommendations will be put to RCA’s membership at the Semi-Annual Meeting.
