As rowing continues to evolve in Canada and around the world, this conference provides an opportunity to learn, question, innovate, and collaborate in ways that elevate us all.
Across a dynamic program of keynotes and interactive discussions, participants will dive into the essential topics shaping the future of rowing – from athlete-centred pathways and performance insights to club and organizational resilience, and strategies for empowering inclusive and thriving communities.
Friday will launch with an impactful Keynote called “Thank You, Athletes: What You Taught Me About Coaching”: Reflections on Trust, Adaptation, and Performance in Modern Coaching” by acclaimed Canadian Luge Team coach Robert Fegg. Robert’s global coaching experience and athlete-centred approach offer unique insights into developing the next generation of high-performance competitors.
Saturday will include the announcement of our RCA Excellence Awards, which are an opportunity to recognize the outstanding achievements and contributions of our volunteers, coaches and clubs.
Accessible from anywhere in the country, our virtual format removes barriers and opens the door for more voices, more ideas, and more shared learning. Together, we’ll explore how to navigate change with confidence, lead with purpose, and strengthen the foundations of our sport.
Join us this January as we chart a path forward, united and inspired.
