RCA Statement

Rowing Canada Aviron (RCA) joins our partners at the Canadian Olympic Committee, the Canadian Paralympic Committee and World Rowing in strongly condemning the war of aggression against the sovereign state of Ukraine by the Russian government, currently being supported by the Belarusian Government.
Our thoughts are with the Ukrainian people as well as our community of athletes, coaches, and staff who have family and friends directly affected by these horrific events. We add our voice to calls for peace and the immediate withdrawal of Russian forces from Ukraine.
We applaud members of the National Rowing Team for launching a Red Cross fundraiser in support of the people of Ukraine. Please consider supporting.
