Rowing Canada Aviron (RCA) invites proposals from qualified and experienced suppliers for the provision of performance apparel that embodies the organization’s heritage in the sport of rowing. 

RCA is seeking proposals from suppliers that demonstrate a strong commitment to sustainability, longevity, and environmentally responsible practices. Suppliers are encouraged to highlight initiatives, certifications, or policies that align with these values.

Proposals should include apparel options suitable for athletes, staff, board members, and umpires working within all areas of RCA’s diverse environment. The selected supplier will be expected to deliver innovative, durable, and technically advanced apparel that supports performance across rowing disciplines.

RCA intends to establish a multi-year, non-exclusive agreement that provides flexibility and long-term value. The successful supplier will collaborate closely with RCA to ensure apparel design, branding, and functionality meet the needs of athletes and representatives competing and working in varied conditions.

Proposals will be evaluated based on product range and quality, sustainable practices, delivery capacity and flexibility, design capability and branding, as well as cost and overall value for money.
