The RCA Rules of Racing that take effect on March 1, 2026, are now available online. 

Rules Books for Umpires are in development and will be shipped in the Spring once finalized. 

Member Organizations, including Regatta Organizers responsible for submitting requests for Event Sanction, should refer to this resource that provides an overview of changes to rules that affect sanction.
