RCA Partners with CrewLAB to Revolutionize Athlete Development and Performance Tracking

Victoria, BC – November 4, 2025 – Rowing Canada Aviron (RCA) is proud to announce a partnership with CrewLAB, a global leader in sports technology innovation. This collaboration marks a step forward in transforming RCA’s NextGen Pathway, setting a new benchmark for athlete development and performance optimization across Canada’s age-group and development teams.

Through CrewLAB’s cutting-edge technology and advanced data intelligence, RCA will deliver precision in tracking, analyzing, and enhancing athlete performance. This partnership isn’t just about technology; it’s about creating a smarter, more connected, and more powerful future for Canadian rowing.

I am excited to welcome Rowing Canada into an exclusive group of forward-thinking national governing bodies who are revolutionizing their athlete development systems with CrewLAB,” said CrewLAB Founder Simon Hoadley. “Canadian coaches and athletes are about to experience what it means to have a true competitive advantage—streamlined pathways, enhanced athlete engagement, and data-driven insights that turn good programs into championship factories. The timing couldn’t be better as we head toward LA 2028.”

In a reality where Canada’s top talent trains and competes around the world, CrewLAB will provide a centralized platform for performance tracking, submissions, and engagement with NextGen programming. This will foster stronger connections among athletes and create a community that thrives on excellence.

Adam Parfitt, RCA’s High-Performance Director, shared his excitement:

CrewLAB’s platform will allow us to monitor performance seamlessly, foster stronger connections among athletes, and build a community that thrives on excellence. Together, we’re shaping the next generation of champions.”

The partnership will officially launch this Fall, and more information will follow on how clubs and athletes can get started with CrewLAB.
