This past weekend the rowing community united in Québec City for the 2024 Rowing Canada Aviron (RCA) National Conference. The two-day conference provided an opportunity to build connections and collaborate , with rowing leaders and plan the future of the sport.

Welcoming over 160 members of the Canadian rowing community  on the traditional lands of the Huron-Wendat (Wendake-Nionwentsïo) Nations, the National Conference also welcomed a record number of coaches from across the nation for Performance Coach workshop.

The conference culminated with the celebration of the best in 2023 at the Excellence Awards on Saturday night. We would like to thank emcee, Janine Stephens for entertaining us all on Saturday night.
