NOTICE is hereby given to all members of Rowing Canada Aviron (RCA) that the RCA Semi-Annual Meeting will be held at 08:30h PST on January 25, 2026 via Zoom Conference Link.

4. Adoption of minutes of previous Annual Meeting: September 18, 2025 
5. Adoption of minutes of previous Semi-Annual meeting: January 26, 2025

REGISTRATION
The 2026 Semi-Annual Meeting is a virtual Zoom meeting that any member or RCA-registered participant can attend. Please click here to register.

We note that designated representatives for each member club or association will receive additional information regarding registration and online voting procedures for the Semi-Annual Meeting.

APPOINTMENT OF PROXY HOLDER
Members unable to attend the Semi-Annual Meeting of Rowing Canada Aviron on January 25, 2026, may appoint a proxy holder who is not required to be a member to vote on their behalf, provided that:

Written notice naming the member giving the proxy and the name of the proxy holder is received by the Secretary of CARA prior to the start of the meeting.

Please note that a member association or club in good standing may appoint any designated representative to vote on behalf of their association or club – a proxy form is not required. As a result, we recommend that every club or association designate a representative to attend this virtual meeting.
