Come and Try Rowing (CrossFit)

Come and try rowing with us on Burrard Inlet – a beautiful stretch of water at Rocky Point Park in Port Moody! If you ever wondered how rowers are able to balance themselves on a skinny boat that is light enough to carry on their shoulders, this is the event for you! You will learn the basics of rowing, get first hand experience of sitting in a rowing shell and meet new people as well. We hope you give this a try and see how rowing can be super addictive and fun!
