Leadership Development Grants Available for Recent National Team Alumni

Apply Now – Deadline October 7, 2024

Are you a recent National Team alumni keen to develop your leadership skills and give back to the rowing community? Rowing Canada Aviron (RCA) is excited to support your growth through tailored leadership development opportunities. We are arranging mentorship and offering grants to support training and development activities aligned with your individual development plan that will enable you to continue your direct involvement in Canadian rowing.

Our goal is to ensure recent National Team alumni have the opportunity to remain involved with Canadian rowing and improve our sport by bringing their unique experience to important roles in our community.  By December 2025, we aim to see five recent National Team athletes making significant progress within their individual development plans.

RCA has received funding to support the development plans for up to five (5) National Team Alumni. Grants are anticipated to be ~ $2,000 each.
