Prepare for the 2026 RCA Annual Meeting 

The RCA Annual Meeting will be held virtually on Thursday, September 17, starting at 5:30 PM PDT / 6:30 PM MDT – CST / 7:30 PM CDT / 8:30 PM EDT / 9:30 PM ATL / 10:00 PM NL.  
 
The official Notice of Meeting will be released later in August.

 

Members In Good Standing – Dues, Debts and Annual Declaration

Members in Good Standing as of August 27, 2026, will cast their votes prior to the RCA Annual Meeting via Electronic Ballot, no proxies, using a secure online voting system.

This is a reminder that “Good Standing” includes having completed the Annual Declaration and not having any outstanding dues and any debts to RCA. To remain eligible to vote, please ensure these are completed by 4:30 pm PT/7:30pm ET on August 27. If you require assistance, please contact RCA Member Services Manager Alethia Clarke (aclarke@rowingcanada.org). 

 

Voting Representatives

An email from SimplyVoting will be sent directly to the designated voting representative listed in the 2026 Annual Declaration once voting opens on August 28. This email will include detailed instructions on how to cast your vote.

Overview of the Audited Financial Statements

Member Representatives interested in learning more about the Audited Financial Statements can join us for an overview on Wednesday, September 9 at 4pm PT / 5:00 PM MDT – CST / 6:00 PM CDT / 7:00 PM EDT / 8:00 PM ATL / 8:30 PM NL.
