RCA REGISTRATION April 1, 2017 - March 31, 2018

Based on the recommendation of the RCA Committee on Dues and Fees, and as approved by the membership at the 2017 RCA Semi-Annual Meeting, the Sport Category Fee has been increased from $10 to $15. As a result of this change, the Upgrade fee also lowers to $35 (previously $40).

2017-18 RCA Member Fees
The following fee schedule was approved by the membership at the 2017 RCA Semi-Annual Meeting:

  • Provincial Rowing Associations : $700.00
  • Special Associations and Associate Organizations : $500.00
  • ​Rowing Clubs : $400.00

In accordance with the RCA By-Laws, Clubs must register all those who are participating in club rowing and rowing related activities to remain as RCA Members in good standing.  This means that all National team, competitive, recreational, learn to row, indoor rowers, masters, corporate challenge rowers, umpires, coaches and club volunteers/administrators need to be registered online through the RCA Web Registration System.

2017-18 RCA Participant Fees

  • Competitive Rower:          $50.00
  • Sport Rower:                    $15.00
  • Upgrade Fee (Sport Rower to Competitive):    $35.00                                               
  • ​Non-Rowers* (Administrators, Coaches, Directors, Umpires, Volunteers):  $0
    *All non-rowers (Administrators, Club Presidents, Coaches, Directors, Umpires, Volunteers) must be registered in the WRS (roles section at the bottom of the Club Account Page) by the system administrator. Please ensure that your Coaches, Umpires, etc. are registered.

Payment of Fees:

  • It is the club's responsibility to ensure that all participants are registered and that fees are paid within 30 days. Clubs with outstanding fees or registrations may not be eligible to participate in sanctioned regattas/events, for RCA insurance coverage or RCA grant programs available to our member clubs.
