Rowing Canada Aviron: RCA High Performance Operations Manager

Location: Victoria, BC 
Rowing Canada Aviron (RCA) is seeking a full-time High Performance Operations Manager.
 
Under the direction of RCA’s High Performance Director, the High Performance Operations Manager will be responsible for the general administration of the RCA’s High Performance and National Team program and the logistical coordination of the Sport Science & Sport Medicine (SSSM) staffing.
 
The High Performance Operations Manager will work out of RCA’s Head Office in Victoria or any other location as directed by the needs of the High Performance Program. This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional and passionate leader who possesses a post-secondary degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. In addition, the ideal candidate will possess 5-7 years of experience in sport administration and display a commitment for the development and advancement of sport in Canada.
 
The successful candidate will have proven administrative experience in high performance sport and be a highly motivated team play with excellent interpersonal, management and organizational skills.
 
This position may require some domestic and international travel and weekend hours. Working knowledge of both Canada’s official languages is an asset. For a full job description, please see attached. Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Location: Flexible 

Rowing Canada Aviron (RCA) is seeking a full-time Para-Rowing Development Lead. Under the direction of RCA’s High Performance Director, the role will be responsible for the planning, implementation and operation of the Para-Rowing Development Program and its integration within RCA’s overarching High Performance Program. To establish the Para-Rowing Development Pathway and the implementation of a structured and innovative program.

This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional and passionate leader who possesses a post-secondary degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. In addition, the ideal candidate will possess 5-7 years of experience in sport administration and display a commitment for the development and advancement of sport in Canada.
